Las ventajas de estos proyectos son obvias. Este an\u00e1lisis es ya un proyecto en s\u00ed mismo donde ser\u00e1 necesario invertir recursos. El producto final deber\u00eda ser un listado detallado de competencias y conocimientos clave en cada uno de los puestos (o familias de puestos) de la organizaci\u00f3n. Este listado de competencias, especialmente si hacemos referencia a los conocimientos, puede llegar a ser muy amplio, con modelos que superen las 100 habilidades y conocimientos.<\/p><p>Y la realidad es que este trabajo, en s\u00ed mismo, no sirve de nada. Es \u00fatil \u00fanicamente en la medida en que podamos evaluar y desarrollar en las personas las habilidades y conocimientos extra\u00eddos del an\u00e1lisis.
