Incluso si el proceso de la entrevista va bien, la mayor\u00eda de los candidatos todav\u00eda experimentan muchas dudas. Sobre todo a la hora de cambiar un trabajo de a\u00f1os, en el que est\u00e1s m\u00e1s o menos contento, por otro totalmente nuevo y desconocido. Ante un nuevo reto profesional priman dos sensaciones; la satisfacci\u00f3n de haber superado un proceso de selecci\u00f3n al haber sido elegido para cubrir un nuevo puesto, y el miedo o la incertidumbre ante lo desconocido que este nuevo reto supone. Y aqu\u00ed nos permitimos dar un buen consejo:\u00a0<strong>es importante darles a los nuevos empleados y candidatos una visi\u00f3n realista de c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 el trabajo<\/strong>. Cuando un empleado llega a su nuevo puesto listo para lo que se le presente, le va mejor en su trabajo y se siente m\u00e1s contento con el mismo. Si no se sentir\u00e1 enga\u00f1ado.<\/p><p>Tampoco se trata de enumerar en la entrevista todo lo negativo del puesto, sino de mostrar un equilibrio para que el candidato pueda obtener una comprensi\u00f3n honesta de lo que se ofrece y se espera. El candidato no solo conocer\u00e1 de antemano cu\u00e1les ser\u00e1n sus tareas y desaf\u00edos diarios, sino que tambi\u00e9n sabr\u00e1 si hay un buen ajuste entre el puesto y lo que realmente quiere hacer.<\/p><p>Entre otros, los beneficios de adoptar un RJP son:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0El candidato se siente informado en todo momento. En consecuencia se involucrar\u00e1 m\u00e1s en el proceso y estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s motivados para postularse.<\/li><li>La incertidumbre y el miedo se reducen.
