Son claras las ventajas para la organizaci\u00f3n por su nivel de rigor y precisi\u00f3n a la hora de predecir el \u00e9xito de una persona o un grupo en una posici\u00f3n concreta, identificar el talento clave o necesidades de desarrollo. De la misma forma para los participantes, un assessment es una oportunidad \u00fanica para conocerse mejor, saber cuales son sus fortalezas y palancas profesionales, as\u00ed como sus posibles \u00e1reas de desarrollo.<\/p><p>A\u00fan con todas estas ventajas, el Assessment Center es una t\u00e9cnica reservada para unos pocos; para unas pocas empresas y para unas pocas personas dentro de dichas empresas. Es, por tanto, una t\u00e9cnica de alguna forma elitista reservada casi de forma exclusiva para la direcci\u00f3n o posiciones clave dentro de una compa\u00f1\u00eda, fundamentalmente por su alto coste.<\/p><p>Al fin y al cabo, estamos hablando de una t\u00e9cnica multifuente, que suele combinar pruebas tipo test, tales como business cases, role-play, entrevista personal, etc, para generar una conclusi\u00f3n unificada desde diferentes puntos de vista.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, un proceso de Assessment Center, no es m\u00e1s que eso, un proceso. Y aqu\u00ed es donde entra la optimizaci\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n de procesos en RR.HH. Tal y como refleja el<span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #3366ff;\"><strong>\u00a0<a style=\"color: #3366ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thekeytalent.com\/ya-tenemos-nuestro-primer-barometro-de-digitalizacion-en-la-gestion-del-talento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">I Bar\u00f3metro de digitalizaci\u00f3n de RR.HH<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(2019) el\u00a0<strong>41,67% de las empresas espa\u00f1olas digitalizan diferentes procesos de gesti\u00f3n de RR.HH para reducir tiempos y coste<\/strong>s.<\/p><p>Hasta ahora el Assessment Center se consideraba una t\u00e9cnica compleja que deb\u00eda ser dirigida por varios consultores (con muchas canas) que hac\u00edan una especie de truco de magia para combinar los resultados de diferentes pruebas con la informaci\u00f3n que recog\u00edan de una o varias entrevistas. Pero la realidad es que hoy por hoy\u00a0<strong>contamos con herramientas online con todas las garant\u00edas cient\u00edfico-t\u00e9cnicas que nos permiten tomar decisiones objetivas sobre las personas basadas en datos<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, estamos asistiendo a la aparici\u00f3n de plataformas que permiten combinar los resultados de pruebas online con entrevistas, din\u00e1micas de grupo o role plays, de forma transparente y trazable.<\/p><p>Al igual que la tecnolog\u00eda irrumpi\u00f3 con fuerza en la digitalizaci\u00f3n de procesos de selecci\u00f3n con plataformas de atracci\u00f3n y reclutamiento, y esto ha agilizado los procesos de selecci\u00f3n en nuestras empresas, lo est\u00e1 haciendo ahora en los procesos de identificaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del talento. Por fin, la aportaci\u00f3n de valor de la tecnolog\u00eda se est\u00e1 poniendo al servicio de la identificaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del talento y esto nos abre un nuevo \u201c<strong>Panorama\u201d<\/strong>; un nuevo escenario donde se hace accesible a m\u00e1s empresas y a m\u00e1s profesionales las ventajas de un proceso de Assessment
