Quando a realidade \u00e9 outra \u2014 quando n\u00e3o h\u00e1 espa\u00e7o para crescimento, quando a lideran\u00e7a tem dificuldades em ouvir ou ser emp\u00e1tica ou quando o bem-estar \u00e9 apenas um benef\u00edcio no papel \u2014 a decep\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 inevit\u00e1vel.
