Y con este planteamiento uan pregunta que siempre se plantea:\u00a0<strong>\u00bfqu\u00e9 valor aporta un Headhunter (y s\u00f3lo un Headhunter) en la captaci\u00f3n de los escasos perfiles digitales?<\/strong><\/p><p>Lo primero es olvidarse de las especializaciones sectoriales. La digitalizaci\u00f3n de las compa\u00f1\u00edas ha generado un\u00a0<strong>nuevo grupo de profesionales cuyos conocimientos y perfiles son infinitamente transversales<\/strong>. Este cambio hace mucho m\u00e1s relevante la acci\u00f3n del hunter ya que la b\u00fasqueda de empleo y la vieja pr\u00e1ctica de ir a buscar candidatos a la competencia, carece de sentido.<\/p><p>Esto se traduce en una profunda transformaci\u00f3n de la pr\u00e1ctica,\u00a0<strong>la figura del Headhunter se convierte en\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Nethunter<\/strong>, profundos conocedores de los proyectos de transformaci\u00f3n que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo en el mercado, lo que deriva en la creaci\u00f3n de comunidades de profesionales que comparten actividad, inquietudes y necesidades.<\/p><p>Por esto, la clave de los Nethunters es precisamente la gesti\u00f3n de esas comunidades, convirti\u00e9ndose en\u00a0<em>influencers<\/em>\u00a0de estos perfiles digitales lo que les\u00a0<strong>facilita la b\u00fasqueda, el contacto y la participaci\u00f3n constante con\u00a0<\/strong><strong>posibles\u00a0candidatos\u00a0que buscan trabajo.<\/strong><\/p><p>La forma de realizar\u00a0<strong>la fase de\u00a0<em>research<\/em>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n ha sufrido una importante transformaci\u00f3n.<\/strong>\u00a0Adem\u00e1s del fant\u00e1stico LinkendIn que nos ayuda much\u00edsimo, hemos empezado a manejar\u00a0<strong>herramientas m\u00e1s propias del entorno de marketing y social media<\/strong>, que nos ayudan a localizar las conversaciones que se mantienen en las redes sociales y las comunidades especificas a trav\u00e9s de la monitorizaci\u00f3n de palabras clave. Este tipo de acciones mejoran la experiencia agilizando el proceso y siendo infinitamente m\u00e1s eficaz en la identificaci\u00f3n y captaci\u00f3n de profesionales clave.<\/p><p>Por otra parte, ha sido necesario mejorar la experiencia de los candidatos, el nuevo entorno digital y la idiosincrasia natural de los perfiles digitales\u00a0<strong>requiere que seamos innovadores y \u201cdivertidos\u201d a la hora de llevar a cabo un proceso de selecci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Para conseguirlo, incluimos en nuestros proyectos elementos gamificados con los que cubrimos dos fases clave del proceso: la viralizaci\u00f3n del mismo y la evaluaci\u00f3n competencial de los candidatos.<\/p><p><strong>Incluir elementos de Inteligencia Artificial<\/strong>\u00a0en los procesos, a trav\u00e9s de algoritmos que agilicen el an\u00e1lisis del encaje puesto-persona y propicien el perfecto\u00a0<em>match<\/em>, es otro de los elementos disruptivos que vienen de la mano de la transformaci\u00f3n digital que ha dado como fruto a los Nethunters.
