En el \u00e1mbito corporativo, sobre todo, parece haber un &#8220;boom&#8221; de proyectos, certificaciones, cursos y encuestas sobre Diversidad e Inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La diversidad esta de moda, dicen algunos. Parece un b\u00e1sico, pero no lo es. Las compa\u00f1\u00edas m\u00e1s diversas admitenque todos tenemos <strong>prejuicios y sesgos<\/strong>, y que la clave est\u00e1 en esforzarse para superarlos.<\/p><p>Lograrlo lleva trabajo, desde las pol\u00edticas en selecci\u00f3n, planes de desarrollo, sucesi\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n, voluntariados, acciones de sensibilizaci\u00f3n, etc. Recursos Humanos no para la m\u00e1quina, ya que a este cocktail de ideas y proyectos se suma el reto del trabajo en remoto o h\u00edbrido, donde conocer a las personas y generar este clima de confianza se selecci\u00f3n, como cuando hablamos de proyectos como un mapa de talento o un plan de sucesi\u00f3n, hablamos de <strong>conocer a las personas, tener datos de las mismas y utilizar estos datos para la toma de decisiones.<\/strong><\/p><p>Tener la mayor cantidad de informaci\u00f3n, y que estos datos sean objetivos y homog\u00e9neos para poder compararlos entre s\u00ed, hasta hace poco tiempo era delicado, laborioso y a veces inaccesible.<\/p><p><strong>Hoy es posible hacerlo gracias a la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/strong> Usar las herramientas de recogida de informaci\u00f3n y de evaluaci\u00f3n adecuadas y contar con plataformas que permitan hacer una explotaci\u00f3n eficiente de esta informaci\u00f3n, ha supuesto un enorme salto evolutivo para las grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas.<\/p><p><strong>Trabajar la diversidad desde los datos<\/strong> <strong>te puede permitir:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Entender las necesidades en diversidad de tu compa\u00f1\u00eda y alinear con ello la estrategia de D&amp;I.<\/li><li>Dirigir en base a datos la propuesta formativa.<\/li><li>Conocer mejor a tus empleados.<\/li><li>Tener en cuenta sus conocimientos, habilidades y desempe\u00f1o, y tambi\u00e9n sus intereses, preferencias y motivaciones.<\/li><li>Identificar futuro potencial.<\/li><li>Identificar a las personas clave para cada proyecto.<\/li><li>Fomentar la flexibilidad y movilidad de las personas en los proyectos.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92ebc4a elementor-widget empleados, est\u00e1n en constante cambio.<\/strong> <strong>Si la fuerza laboral est\u00e1 evolucionando, tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda hacerlo la estrategia de talento para reflejar las necesidades de la fuerza laboral m\u00e1s diversa.<\/strong><\/p><p>Todos deber\u00edamos reflexionar sobre <strong>por qu\u00e9 necesitamos equipos diversos y entender qu\u00e9 aporta la diversidad en nuestros negocios.<\/strong><\/p><p>En un momento en el que los procesos de transformaci\u00f3n, automatizaci\u00f3n y el uso de inteligencia artificial, avanzan a un ritmo acelerado en muchos sectores, <strong>los departamentos de Personas necesitan herramientas \u00e1giles para conocer a su talento interno, estar actualizados de su evoluci\u00f3n y adelantarse a las necesidades futuras. <\/strong>Incluir en estos procesos la <strong>mentalidad inclusiva<\/strong> y habilidades como la flexibilidad, la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n y el aprendizaje continuo, ser\u00e1n, sin duda,
